In fact, we use all of that in our day-to-day work. But there is something about small batch coffee roasting that is not 99.9 percent controlled by computers and machines that we couldn’t find in any other commercially roasted coffee. It is customizable to your liking (ask us how!). Each batch gets the care and love that it deserves. Just like your favorite homemade dish that only you or your family know how to best trail it to your liking! Not to mention that the beans are freshly roasted within 24-48 hours before its shipped to you! I have a very very sensitive stomach and I love coffee. So I’m very picky with what I choose to drink … the Colombia medium roast is AMAZING! This is the first time I did not have any side effects (upset stomach) and the first sip was very strong and smells strong and incredibly good! Highly recommend! Thank you :)
